so in getting my car together, i decided to have a good friend look at it (he owns a body shop and specializes in fixing cars after they've been wrecked) and he said my car had seen major damage. Ok, this i knew from when i pulled the engine and noticed the front member by the passenger side light bucket wasn't attached to the body and BOTH frame rails had indentations in them that are in no way from the factory. He also noticed some cracks in the sheet metal by the front shock towers... Mind you, when i bought the car it was sold as a "clean" car and the carfax came back with a clean title too... SO I need to pull my motor again, send it to my friends place, put her on a frame jig, find out how bad it is and if it can all be fixed or if i should transplant to a clean body... which will cost me at least $2500 ($1500 for shipping from NY to Greece and $1000 for the car - but there will be other costs..)
